In 2008 the Cheff & Lanctôt team was listed amongst the top 10 Century 21 teams in Canada. This productivity has, in turn, led us to be designated as “Centurion Team”. This “CENTURION TEAM” award is a symbol of excellence that is obtained by a group having achieved a business volume that exceeds the National average. Combined with the results obtained, the Cheff & Lanctôt team has succeeded in ranking itself as #1 Century 21 team in Quebec.
The year 2009 was an exceptional year, the Cheff & Lanctot Team ranked 1st in all of Canada’s Century 21 Team’s by completing the highest number of real estate transactions. This large number of transactions also enabled the team to receive the GRAND CENTURION title, awarded to brokers having obtained a very high level of commissions.
