Packages for furnished rentals:
BASIC PACKAGE :
- 10% commission of rental contracts.
- Photo shoot of property by Cheff & Lanctot team listing agent **.
- Posting on www.mls.ca, www.century21.ca, www.realtor.ca, www.alouermontreal.com et www.rentalmontreal.com .
- Posting on 5 other websites (confidential list) on a monthly basis.
- 6-month to 1 year agreement with Cheff & Lanctot Team.
- Exclusive or non-exclusive agreement (**certain conditions apply**).
- Real estate rental sign in front of property (if possible).
MANAGEMENT PAKAGE :
- 15% commission on rental contracts.
- Photo shoot of property by Cheff & Lanctot team listing agent **.
- Posting on www.mls.ca, www.century21.ca, www.realtor.ca, www.alouermontreal.com et www.rentalmontreal.com.
- Posting on 5 other websites (confidential listing) on a monthly basis.
- Minimum 6-month agreement with Cheff & Lanctot Team.
- Exclusive agreement
- Real estate rental sign in front of property (if possible).
- Additional services: rent deposits, tenants’ entries and exits, property inspection upon departure of tenants, emergency services.
**We include a professional photo shoot with any exclusive 1 year agreement.
Package for semi or non-furnished rentals:
BASIC PACKAGE :
- Commission representing the equivalent of a (1) month lease for a term of 1 year.
- Photo shoot of property by Cheff & Lanctot team listing agent **.
- Posting on www.mls.ca, www.century21.ca, www.realtor.ca, www.alouermontreal.com and www.rentalmontreal.com.
- Posting on 5 other websites (confidential listing) on a weekly basis until the apartment is rented.
- Minimum 4-month agreement with Cheff & Lanctot Team.
- Exclusive or non-exclusive agreement (**certain conditions apply**).
- Real estate rental sign in front of property (if possible).
